I went to the moives with my younger brother last night. I really wanted to see "Zodiac" starring Jake Jyllenhaal. The preview looked interesting and just the fact that Jake Jyllenhaal's movie which was released after Brokeback Mountain in Korea made me looking foward to see it. From the begining to the half was good. Zodiac killed people as he warned and left nothing at the crime scene. And a newspaper cartoonest Robert Greysmith(Jake Jyllenhaal) tried to decode the cipher and figured out who he was. And people everywhere felt uneasy and worried about indiscriminate homicide.
Despite the effort the police had put into Zodiac to arrest him, they found nothing. They had a belief that one man is Zodiac, but hadn't real evidence, so there was nothing they could do. And for some years, Zodiac didn't appear. As time passed, the interested about Zodiac became indifferent. But Robert still tried to find the killer. He quit the job at the newspaper and decided to write the book about Zodiac. He got a clue that no one found and he came know that there were two people on the crime. He finally met the truth about the all crule homicide at the basement of one man's house and ran out. He talked about it with the detective who investigated Zodiac for years, but it had passed so many years and they still hadn't real evidence. Just a belief was all they've got. They searched the case again, but a suspect died of a heart attack. However, he's still the only suspect of Zodiac and still the police of some states are investigating the case.
I saw it interestingly for about an hour and a half, but after that, I was sleepy-_- Especially, at the most important scene, my eyes were falling shut. The process which police and Robert searched the Zodiac was boring. Jake Jyllenhaal seemed a supporting actor although he wasn't. He only seemed a leading actor about 40 minutes or so before the movie ended. I expected too much and the image Jake Jyllenhaal in Brokeback Mountain placed deep in my mind and head so it wasn't good enough. It wasn't awful, but not good either. It wasn't just the genre that I like. Maybe I couldn't understand it fully. Anyway, it's the second one that I slept while seeing the movie this year.(The first one was Ocean's thirteen) I'm looking foward to see "Disturbia" starring Shia LaBeouf. It sounds interesting. It should be!!!
I'm watching the "Supernatural" series these days. I thoguht that this kind of drama would be a bit childish and somewhat ridiculous at first, but actually it's interesting. Dean and Sam hunt kinds of demons as their family business. One night 22 years ago, their mom was attacked by yello eyed demon and died. This changed their entire life. John, their dad, begun to look for unexlained events and hunt wicked things. Dean had been taught to hunt them since when he was young, but Sam, his younger brother didn't like it and had been avoided hunting things. However, their dad gone missing and Jess, Sam's girl friend died as the same way his mom died and it made him to change his mind. Dean and Sam travel across the country to do their family business; hunting supernatural things, saving people from them. This is the basic plot of "Supernatural".
Season 2 is much more interesting and well organized comparing to season 1. Some sad episodes are in season 2 and the situation gets worse. They came to know that yellow eyed demon had plans for the childeren like them; by using people who have abilities to see paranormal things as warriars in a war. I just hope that Sam not to turn into the demon.
It's not that greatly popular as CSI or Grey's anatomy, but it's loved by many people. There're several factors that people like this drama. It's about a family. Sam didn't like his knowing that kind of thing that other people can't know. He wanted to live like other ordinary people. So, he ran away from home and went to the university. He's smart(in this drama, he was a student of Stanford Univ and supposed to go to the lawschool.), has a girl friend. He dreamed his shining future, whichi is just to live like others. But, things changed and he begun to understand his dad and brother. Every episode is related to the brotherlyness and family. Dean seems rough and sometimes fight with Sam, but he really cares his only brother like his life. Also, the handsome appearance of brothers are one of the factors of its popularity.kk. Jensen Ackles(Dean), Jared Padalecki(Sam) are very popular among girls. I think Jensen Ackles is a nice looking guy>_< And, BGMs in episodes are good. Since the main character Dean likes classic rock music, you can learn many of good classic rock music and it's one of the charm of this drama.
It rains a lot and a little bit cold when I open the all the windows in my home this week. Cool whether! Yeah! It was what I wanted so much. But!! It rains so much that I can't go outside or do anything outdoor. About two hours ago, it rained heavily and blowed a lot. It thundered and lightening flashed. Just 'raining heavily' can't describe the whether here. It was like waving in the sky. Dark outside, furious wind, heavy rain and nosise of raining were all I saw and heard from the moring. I want to see a fine skyT.T
All kinds of backgrounds and characters are mixed in those fake books and writers used origianl Harry Potter books' content without a permision of the origianl authour J.K.Rowling. Harry Potter adventures across China, Gandalf appears in it;;;;;;; There are even some PG-13 content;;;;; Those fake books appeal to readers and they hit china. There are so many fake books everywhere and some readers are confused with the real ones and fake ones. Fake books are even in the universiy libraries. It's unbelievable. Publishing companys don't care about them because those books are lucrative. The president of one of the publishing companies of fake books said that he just wanted to gain benefit because Harry Potter series are very popular. I think it's a serious problem that people don't care about an infringement of piracy.
Broadcasting ethics of entertainers became a controversial issue. To increase a program rating or get attention from people, they lie or say thoughtlessly that may hurt other people. When something happens, then they make an excuse saying that they didn't do that intentionally or they didn't know that it would happen. Recently, some entertainers have been on the internet news for it. One of them is Lee Teuk, a member of popular idol dance group Superjunior. Yesterday, he said on the radio that he asked a figure skating star Kim Yuna to accept him as a friend on Cyworld, but she refused.(actually it's not true at all. she accepted him as a friend) After that, numerous fans of Superjunior wrote terrible comments on her Cyworld saying that how could she do that to him. She wrote about it on her diary that she never did, but furious fans harshly attacked her that day. Later, Lee Teuk said that he lied on the radio to make the radio program more interesting and he apologized to her and fans for what he did. He did so for fun at first, but it got worse and he incurred blame for it. Really thoughtless. He's an entertainer, a public man. What he does or says are a great concern of media and people. He should have been careful about that. His words affected greatly to Superjunior's young fans which are usually from elementary school stuednts and teenagers and they sided with Superjunior by cursing her. This is not the first time they did that kind of silly thing. Some time ago, they cyberbullied one girl who lose a great weight and took a picture with one of members of Superjunior. She couldn't stand it anymore and suicided. Just a word of a popular star can make an innocent person get hurt. They should be more careful and responsible for their behavior and also fans should be more thoughtful about what they do on the web.
It's sad that it closed. My hometown is small countryside and there was only one theater in it. It's quite different from multiplex cinemas in the cities. It's really old fashioned one- you don't have to purchase tickets in advance, you can stay all day long(no one knows and cares even if you watch the movie continuously), it dosen't matther where you sit, shows only one film a day and so on. You imagine that? You would be really surprised to see this in my hometown. haha. It can't be comparable to those in cities, but to me, it's kind of familiar and intimate one that I've seen as I grew up. There's memories of lives of people in my hometown, so it's sad that it closed eventually. I don't think new theater will be built in near future. It has nothing to do with me since I live in Seoul and I visit my hometown only in vacation, but people live in here may have to take some time(for about 50 minites) to see a movie. Well, they have to go to Cheonan city to see a movie-.-;

Since I've known V6, he's my favorite in V6. He's handsome, cute, and hot!!!! kk I found his and Kamisen's performance. Kamisen is the unit that composed of 3 younger members- Morita Go, Miyake Ken, Okada Junichi in V6. so cute>_<
Even though Morita Go, Miyake Ken, Okada Junichi's voice had not changed at all, I love thier unique and cute vocie.haha
It was released in 1998. it's a quite old song when Morita Go and Miyaken were 21, and Okada Junichi 20. Kamisen is short tern of Coming century(3 younger member in V6) in Japanese.
As I said earlier, I like V6. (you can see more about them through the entry I posted before.) While I was searching for the videos of V6, I found some. Usually quite old videos but still awesome! They reminded me of my high school days that I was really into them. In comparison of music these days, some look funny, but they are still good to me^^
ost of きみはペット(pronounciated kimiwa petto) it means you're (my) pet, perfromace in 2003
this song was released in 2005, it means 'the song of gratitue'
ost of the cartoon 'Ultraman Tiga'. it's a quite old song^^ This is the performance in 2003.
It's another Korean movie I like. In this movie, various genres such as comedy, horror and thriller, sci-fi are mixed and these make movie more innovative and inventive. It's just remarkable. When I saw this movie first, I couldn't understand fully what this movie is about, but after I watched more with the review of the critic, I could catch the meaning of it in some way. When it was came out, many media had dealt with it saying that it's outstanding. Ha-kyun Shin acted in this movie and his acting was unbelievable. No one could act Byeong-Gu as he did in this movie. It was nominated for eight awards and won seven of them internationally. In spite of those complement, it failed on appealing to spectators. Maybe, it was because of its unusual and unique elements that were used in it. Or because of the inordinary plot and character who looks insane. But, it has great story that satires and criticizes on capitalism and society.
Byeong-Gu believes that earth will be in a great danger because of aliens' attack and if he can't meet a prince of Andromeda till upcoming total eclipse of the moon, it would all over. He thinks that only he can stop it, so he plans to meet him. He believes that an executive of chemical factory is that prince. So, he kidnaps him and begins to torture him in the basement at his house. He shaves the executive's hair and attaches an antenna on his head to contact with the planet Andromeda. He tortures him in all grotesque and strange ways. Can't feel it just with a written description! Anyway, the executive is a daughter in law of the director of the national police agency, and police is forced to find him as soon as possible. One investigator who is now resigned begins to investigate that case and traces the truth. He goes to Byeong-Gu's house but finds nothing unusual at first. However he finds something strange and awful at Byeong-Gu's house. It was the dog eating a bone of human. He felt something is happening here and tries to request the backup of police, but before he does Byeong-Gu becomes aware of it and kills him with bees. Not killing him directly, but indirectly. Really odious scene I've ever seen!
After that, Byeong-Gu comes back to the executive and tortures again and during the moment Byeong-Gu is loosen for a while, the executive finds Byeong-Gu's profile about aliens and journals. He can't stand anymore and makes up a plausible story to escape. From then, the traumatic past of Byeong-Gu reveals. His father was a miner and died from dangerous work. His mother worked at the executive's chemical factory and got ill of the poisonous material. His girl friend was beaten to death when there was conflict between labor and management. He was bullied and beaten by others in school and despised by a teacher. What he did so far was a kind of justification for revenge. Anyway, sometime later, police arrives and kills him. While he's dying, he said "Now who will save the earth?". Surprisingly, the executive turns out to be the prince of Andromeda and flies up the sky with aliens. Since he failed doing his mission on earth, he goes back to Andromeda destroying the earth.
What made Byeong-Gu think like that? Is he just crazy because of his traumatic past? Well, maybe he is, but more than that, we need to look back our society. This movie points out the problems of social structure. Byeong-Gu is a victim of social and economic structure and it makes him think that the executive is an alien. In other words, capitalist is an alien which can't be understood by common people like Byeong-Gu. Workers like him, capitalist is the person that affects most on their lives. It reflects the working conditions and workers' hard life. Watching it with those points that are underneath of humorous and weird story will make you understand the content of the movie and think more thoroughly why the title is 'Save the green planet'. It's difficult to catch the meaning of the movie as you see and you may think that it's ridiculous, but it's worth seeing considering its quality of movie and brilliant acting of Ha-Kyun Shin. Really awesome.
V6 is a very popular Japanese idol group, formed by Johnny & Associates which most popular idols are belong to in Japan. V6 consists of Sakamoto Masayuki, Nagano Hiroshi, Inohara Yoshihiko, Miyake Ken, Morita Go, and Okada Junichi. They debuted in 1995 and they still sing and act in many dramas now. V6 celebrated their 10th year anniversary in 2005. And they commemorated the event by holding about 30 concerts in sold-out arenas all over Japan. It's a bit surprising that they're still popular and loved by people, because these days so many singers are came out and disappear silently after realising a few albums.
When I was in high school, one of my friends liked Japanese idol group 'Kinki Kids'(Kinki is the name of area in Japan) and she always talked about Japanese singers. I became interested in one of the idol she said, and it was V6. Actually, when I saw them first, what I thought was why they dance like that? What Japanese singers danced was all different from Korea or other western countries that I had seen so far. It was something like circus! To me, their dance looked like an acrobat. Definitely it was. They were all good at dance, but it seemed weird. (Many idols in Johnny&Associates danced that kind of hard and dangerous dance) Anyway, their songs were good and usually cheerful that I liked them a lot. I didn't understand what they were singing unless I didn't see the lyrics that were translated, but just the flow and rhythm of the songs made me felt excited.
As they debuted as idol group, they took part in many roles in entertainment. They consits of six members and they separated two teams as three older members and three younger members. As well as singing, they appeared in many variety shows, dramas, and even movies. At that time, I spent a lot of time watching the every drama or tv show they appeared and I even burned every drama they took part in. So, my mom didn't like what I do and always said that don't spend time in such a useless thing. But, to me, they were everything. So funny to think back the days I was into singers right now. They sang the ost of popular cartoon 'Inuyasha" and various dramas.
Among those six members, I've been liked Okada Junichi best and I still like him very much. He's handsome, cool, and cute sometimes. Really attractive except that he's not that tall.(Appearance isn't everyting, but I was little bit sad after I knew his heightT.T) I like his low voice when he speak that makes me calm and his beautiful hands!! I was interested in younger members than older members and he was my ideal man at that time. He became more famous after his acting was recognized in the movie industry. His acting is good and he really expresses the character's psychology in the drama or movie also. So natural that it feels like I'm drown into his character when I see him acting. His acting was perfect in the movie "Kiarazu Cats Eye" as Tabuchi Kohei. He's still getting more popular and improving in every feature and I hope everything he does go well.
if you click each picture, you can see his nice looking with a larger size. :)
recent new single "jasmine" , relseased in May, 2007
